Could you explain what your role is here at Proclaim Interactive?

I help our clients generate more leads and sales through search engine optimization, pay per click advertising, and other types of digital marketing.

Where are you from originally?

I grew up in Wilson, NC.

How long have you been involved in digital marketing?

I have been working in digital marketing since 2005.

What is your favorite vacation spot?

My family and I love the NC coast. Every year we go down to Holden Beach for a week with my parents and my brother’s family.

What do you enjoy doing outside of the office?

I really enjoy photography. I especially like using Photoshop to enhance my photographs, giving them an artistic edge through layered backgrounds, textures, and all sorts of design elements.

I also enjoy helping other parents start side businesses, and I have a blog called supersimpl.com where I teach people how to go from finding an idea to making their first few sales.

If you could have one superpower, what would it be?

I’d have the ability to fly. I love to be outside and I love the ocean. I think I would enjoy just catching the breeze and sailing above the water with the seagulls.
