Kamm McKenzie OB/GYN is one of the premier obstetrics and gynecology practices in Raleigh, North Carolina. Like all leading practices, Kamm McKenzie knows that it takes constant evaluation and a rigorous commitment to excellence in every arena of patient care to stay at the top of their game. That’s why in 2016 we completed a complete redesign of their website focused on patient stories, patient education and appointment requests.

The rebranding and revised design of the site has received very positive reviews from patients, physicians and the outside medical community. Dr. Smith remarks that “patients often use the web site to find information about our practice, and now [he doesn’t] have to cringe at the thought of it being old, archaic and ugly.” A representative from WebMD.com recently commented that she “looks at thousands of websites” and the new Kamm McKenzie site is “excellent.”

Kamm Mckenzie has been a client of Proclaim for over 10 years, and we continue to promote them with a comprehensive marketing plan that includes social media marketing, pay per click advertising, and email marketing. In addition, through the combined use of social networks and the broader web, Proclaim continuously monitors Kamm McKenzie’s reputation through actual patient feedback. While the vast majority of this feedback has been very encouraging of what Kamm McKenzie is doing right, it has also pointed out some areas where patient care can be improved. For example, the staff was able to address a patient issue regarding test results within hours of the problem occurring as well as identify an incorrect endorsement by a national political activist group.
