National Study of Congregations’ Economic Practices

The Lake Institute initiated a national study of congregations’ economic practices in order to gain insight into how faith communities across the United States receive, manage and spend resources. Their website needed to have a clear, succinct message that outlined all aspects of the study, including privacy policies and frequently asked questions. It had to immediately garner a sense of trust and clarity.

We designed the website around the new logo of leaves, symbolizing growth. This theme was echoed throughout the site through strong visual elements with video and solid, clear copywriting. The result is a site that is both engaging, streamlined and succinct, emphasizing the value that the Lake Institute brings to philanthropic studies.
