Southport Way is new neighborhood in Southport, North Carolina that has “all the charm and beauty of Old Southport Cottages and all the benefit of being new.” We worked with the realty group and builder to develop a comprehensive interactive marketing campaign that gets the message out about this remarkable property. Our campaign centers around a rich web site that features a video written and filmed on location by our staff (get the popcorn and take a peak), interior and exterior photography (you’ve gotta see this), an incredible virtual tour of this community (come on, give it a try, this is too cool). Every facet of the web site is available as a responsive mobile web site
We didn’t stop with a mobile site though! We actively manage social media profiles for the community (Facebook, Pinterest and Twitter) and also have a productive Google Ads and Facebook pay-per-click campaign driving high quality traffic to the site.
